I agree with pretty much everything Lady Yuki said in her review. The story is very well-written and the transformations are wonderfully described. That said, the ending missed the mark a bit for me. I do hope you continue writing because this is still a good story.

This one is interesting in premise, but I think it misses the real emotional paydirt by being so abrupt. I'm left asking myself what this all was for, why Anna was so obsessed with making Carter a girl, did she actually like Carter or was their relationship just some big game to her?
I saw this going the way of "Anna experimented one night with Carter and realized that she liked being with Cara and she liked being the dominant one, so she keeps pushing Carter in the hopes that he'll want to stay a girl." That's just the way I saw the concept going though.
I do have a problem with the ending. Anna did a horrible thing to Carter, but then makes everything "better" by taking Carter's life and identity away from him. Candy may be happy in the end, but to get there Carter had to die. I felt like there could be a real moment there where Anna realizes that she got drunk on her own power and went WAY to far and, instead of just magicing the problem away, really really deals with how she hurt Carter both physically and emotionally. Eventually she could come to the conclusion that she wants to be more responsible with her powers and that she truly wants to make amends, leaving the decision up to Carter on how they will move forward.
Good story overall. These are just a few of my immediate reactions.

Wow, that was a pretty dark story. Not sure what Carter did to deserve the punishment he got from Anna. On top of everything else, his memories were completely overwritten. Identity death is still murder. Carter is dead.
On a positive note, I loved the transformations. Cara and Candy must have been real bombshells. Great job on the descriptions.
